The OISE Building at 252 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario is a modern architectural marvel. - Capping over existing window perimeter sealant with a bond breaker
Beverly’s scope of work for the OISE building took place on the south tower above the podium (fifth floor) roof, including caulking work on both the window frames and precast elements. Beverly Caulking utilizes premium silicone to cap windows. Silicone, being inorganic, withstands UV exposure in addition to offering superior expansion and contracting capabilities during thermal shifts, this ensures a durable sealant, safeguarding the building’s integrity for years to come.
