Schroeder Ambulatory Centre, Richmond Hill, ON
The Schroeder Ambulatory Centre in Richmond Hill is set to become Canada’s largest private medical building, opening in late 2025. Spanning 200,000 square feet over seven floors, it will expand access to outpatient surgical, clinical, and diagnostic care. Our team was proud to contribute critical sealing and firestop systems to support the facility’s safety, durability, and long-term performance.
