This impressive structure is pre-leased to a subsidiary of Barry Callebaut Group, a global leader in chocolate and cocoa product manufacturing. With features such as 40-foot clear heights, 22 loading docks, 2 drive-in doors, 42 trailer parking positions, and 355 car spaces, this facility sets a new benchmark in modern logistics infrastructure.
