Located in the lively East Bayfront district of Toronto, the T3 Bayside building stands out with its contemporary design and innovative workspace. This impressive structure boasts 251,000 sq. ft. of modern office space that seamlessly integrates with the city’s eastern waterfront, providing a creative hub for businesses. Beverly Caulking played a key role in this project by caulking important areas, including the tops of masonry walls, control joints, hollow metal door frames, and firestopping applications. This work was essential for creating a safe and smoke-tight environment.
